You’ll join a driven, caring and responsive organisation, which recognises the importance of investing in our staff through ongoing training and development.
Our team is passionate about making a difference to the lives of people who are bereaved or require mental health support, and if you share this passion, we’d love to hear from you.
Our specialist volunteers play a crucial role in supporting the work of Just ‘B’.
There are plenty of opportunities available to donate your time to Just ‘B’, and we’d love to hear from qualified counsellors and psychotherapists interested in joining our team.
Additionally, if you have a passion for supporting bereaved children and young people but don’t have any formal qualifications, completion of one of our face-to-face courses will allow you to provide support to our young clients during their time of need.
Our volunteer roles, working with children, young people and adults, include:
– Volunteer counsellors
– Volunteer support worker
– Volunteer telephone support worker
We recruit for these at certain points of the year, which includes an interview with our team to get to know you, and you can find our volunteer roles advertised via our recruitment hub.
Just ‘B’ welcomes student counsellors as part of placement opportunities within our services, with our dedicated staff team on hand to provide the support and guidance you will need during your time with us.
