Our Children and Young People’s Service is also based at Burton House, and has a dedicated service for children and young people The building has been completely refurbished and includes rooms specifically designed as safe and appropriate for children who have been bereaved.

Our core working hours are 9am-5pm; Monday to Friday, and we also offer evening appointments several days a week.
Our Hear to Help helpline provides support and advice to those who are feeling anxious or struggling with their emotional wellbeing. The helpline is staffed by specialist support workers 8am-8pm, seven days a week, and is available to children, young people and adults living in the Harrogate, Hambleton and Richmonshire areas of North Yorkshire.
