Just ‘B’ works collaboratively with organisations regionally and nationally, who fund us to provide tailored support via a range of bereavement, mental health and emotional wellbeing services.
These funders include:
Working in partnership with Oscar Kilo, the National Police Wellbeing Service, Just ‘B’ provides a bereavement support service to 43 police forces across England, Scotland and Wales. The service supports police officers and family members following the death of a police officer in the line of duty or through suicide.
Oscar Kilo has provided further funding for our Just ’B’ Senior Police Officer’s Support Service. This service provides emotional wellbeing support calls to senior officers across the UK.
BBC Children in Need has been a key long-term funder for our Just’B’ children and young people’s bereavement support service. The service supports anyone under the age of 18 living in Harrogate and District and the Hambleton and Richmondshire areas.
Working in partnership with York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority and with the support of David Skaith, Mayor of York and North Yorkshire, the Just ‘B’ Male Project is an initiative to support the mental health of men and people identifying as male.
