Support for adults

SCROLL DOWN

We’re here for adults following a bereavement or when facing other challenges with mental health. We offer counselling and a helpline for space to express how you’re feeling. Scroll down for helpful free resources for dealing with your emotions.

Just ‘B’ is an independent charity with experience not just in bereavement support, but in wider emotional wellbeing.

One to one bereavement support

While friends and family can be a great support, having a professional to listen and guide you through managing your emotions can make a huge difference when living with grief.

Our caring and expert counsellors support you individually, creating a safe space to express whatever you need to.

Rob's story

“There isn’t a right or wrong way to grieve. We all have different experiences and different emotions. Just ‘B’ gave me someone to talk to when there wasn’t a network around me. The opportunity to say what I was feeling quite early on really helped.”

After Rob’s wife Karen died suddenly, having the support from our professional team helped him move forward.
