Hear To Help

Just ‘B’ offers emotional wellbeing support to people in the Harrogate District, Hambleton and Richmondshire, with our Hear to Help phoneline, available to anyone who may need help with issues such as grief, low mood, isolation, anxiety or bereavement.

The line is manned by trained staff and volunteers and is available seven days a week, 8am-8pm. Please see our safeguarding and information policy here.

Callers can also access practical advice before during or after a bereavement. This might include advance planning for a death or a funeral and support for families afterwards.
